1. La Soul does not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

2. If you wish to exchange your purchase for another size, you have 7 days from the purchase date to email la.soul@outlook.com notifying of your request to exchange sizes. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags and packaging must remain in place. Once your request is confirmed by La Soul you have 7 days to return the items. Shipping is at your expense for both your return and new shipment.

3. If you believe your product is faulty, please email la.soul@outlook.com within 7 days of purchase outlining the fault and please attach photos of the said fault. If the product is deemed faulty by La Soul, a full refund will be supplied via the way the original purchase was made.
